Play Golf Planet, Inc (Referred also as PGP) respects your concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect your personal information, how we use your information and whom we share it with respect to the services that we provide.  The Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to secure your personal information.

1. Information we collect. We may collect personal information about you from various sources from but not limited to; when you email or call us, when you participate in promotional offers.  We may also collect information from our business partners, affiliates or other third parties.

• Contact information from your friends or other referrals
• Demographic information such; as age, gender.
• Payment details such as: credit card number, card holder name, security code, billing address, expiration date.
• Information that you agree to, through social media sites such as name, friends, and pictures.
• Shopping preferences and habits and history of booking transactions on the site.

2. How we use the information. We may use the information we obtain to:

• Register and maintain your PGP account.
• Process and track your transactions
• Process credit card transactions
• Maintain a record of purchases

• Analyze trends in visitors, uses of site, purchases made on the service. 

3. Information we share. We do not sell or disclose your personal information, except as described in this Privacy Policy.  We may share the personal information we collect with our business partners, ad network vendors and their participants and other third parties for the purposes described in this privacy policy.  We share your information with our golf course partners only when you make a reservation from that course.  Golf courses may receive the name on the reservation, email, and phone number to contact you incase of a scheduling change or for their internal database.  You may direct PGP not to share your personal information with our business partners. To do so please send an email request to support@playgolfplanet.com.

4. Email marketing. You may choose not to receive email marketing from us by unsubscribing to the email or by editing your email preferences on your account.

5. How we protect your personal information. We use a measure of security to protect your personal information.  For example; we use SSL (secure socket layer) to protect your payment information during transaction process. We do not store credit cards on our servers.  Please note, no electronic transmission of information can be entirely secure.  We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place will never fail. We routinely analyze the services to safeguard information. To further protect yourself, you should sign off of your PGP account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to the site. PGP will never ask your your account name or password via email.

6. Cookies and Web beacons. We may use cookies and web beacons to track and analyze overall traffic and user habits to provide a better user experience.   (cookies are small files that websites send to a visitor computer to identify the visitors browser or to store information or settings in the browser.  A web beacon or internet tag, is used to transmit information back to a web server.  We use third party analytics tools t collect information about visitor traffic on our site.)

7. Third party links. PGP has links to other third party websites.  These websites are not affiliated with PGP.  Linked sites may have their own terms of service and privacy policies.  PGP is not responsible for the content or policies of these third party sites.

8. Updates to Privacy Policy. This privacy policy may be updated from time to time.  It is your responsibility periodically check for updates to the privacy policy.  We will notify you of significant changes to the policy and will keep the latest version update at the bottom of the page.
